- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 slices deli meat (turkey, ham, or roast beef)
- 8 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
- 1 cup baby spinach or lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned
Instructions
- 1. Make the Creamy Spread:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 2. Assemble the Pinwheels:
- 2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- 3. Layer 2 slices of deli meat and 2 slices of cheese on each tortilla.
- 4. Sprinkle with spinach, red bell pepper, carrots, and cucumber.
- 3. Roll & Slice:
- 5. Tightly roll each tortilla from one end to the other.
- 6. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes (this helps them hold their shape).
- 7. Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.

Notes
- Make it vegetarian by skipping the meat and adding avocado or hummus.
