Description

Soft tortillas rolled up with a creamy filling, deli meats, cheese, and veggies, then sliced into perfect bite-sized pinwheels.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slices deli meat (turkey, ham, or roast beef)
  • 8 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
  • 1 cup baby spinach or lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned

Instructions

  • 1. Make the Creamy Spread:
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • 2. Assemble the Pinwheels:
  • 2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  • 3. Layer 2 slices of deli meat and 2 slices of cheese on each tortilla.
  • 4. Sprinkle with spinach, red bell pepper, carrots, and cucumber.
  • 3. Roll & Slice:
  • 5. Tightly roll each tortilla from one end to the other.
  • 6. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes (this helps them hold their shape).
  • 7. Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
  • 4. Enjoy!
  • 8. Serve with ranch dressing or hummus for dipping.

Notes

  • Make it vegetarian by skipping the meat and adding avocado or hummus.
  • For extra flavor, add sun-dried tomatoes or olives.
