Ingredients

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice) and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well mixed and thickened slightly.

Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

Add mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts (if using), and stir gently to combine.
