Description

Pineapple Fluff is a quick and easy no-bake dessert that’s light, creamy, and bursting with tropical flavor. Made with crushed pineapple, whipped topping, marshmallows, and a touch of sweetness, it’s perfect for potlucks, summer gatherings, or when you just want a cool treat with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice) and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well mixed and thickened slightly.

  • Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

  • Add mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts (if using), and stir gently to combine.

  • If using cottage cheese, fold it in last.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors meld and texture set.

 

  • Serve chilled. Enjoy!


Notes

  • For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and lite whipped topping.

  • You can swap nuts for chopped maraschino cherries or mandarin oranges.

  • Great made a day ahead!
