2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
1/2 cup deli ham, finely chopped (or turkey)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp pickle juice (for extra flavor)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Make the Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped pickles, ham, garlic powder, onion powder, pickle juice, and black pepper.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
2️⃣ Spread & Roll:
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this helps them hold their shape).
3️⃣ Slice & Serve:
- Remove from the fridge and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
