Description

⭐ Creamy, tangy, and loaded with chopped pickles and ham, these tortilla roll-ups are the ultimate party snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale

2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1/2 cup deli ham, finely chopped (or turkey)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp pickle juice (for extra flavor)

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Make the Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped pickles, ham, garlic powder, onion powder, pickle juice, and black pepper.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.

2️⃣ Spread & Roll:

  • Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Roll up tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this helps them hold their shape).

3️⃣ Slice & Serve:

  • Remove from the fridge and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Arrange on a plate and serve!

Notes

  • Swap ham for turkey, roast beef, or salami for variety.
  • Use flavored tortillas (spinach, sun-dried tomato) for extra color.
  • Add shredded cheddar for an extra cheesy twist!
