Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 12×10-inch rectangle. If using crescent dough, pinch seams together.
- Step 2: Assemble the Pinwheels

- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Layer with pepperoni slices and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side into a log.
- Slice into ½-inch thick rounds and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
