This Peppermint Oreo Bark is a quick and easy holiday treat that combines creamy white chocolate, crunchy Oreo cookies, and refreshing peppermint. It’s perfect for gifting, holiday dessert platters, or just enjoying a sweet seasonal snack!

- 12 oz (340g) white chocolate or white chocolate chips
- 8 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional, for extra minty flavor)
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate – Use a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. (Alternatively, use a double boiler.)
- Add peppermint extract (if using) – Stir it into the melted chocolate for extra minty flavor.
- Mix in Oreos – Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies, saving a few for topping.
- Spread the mixture – Pour the chocolate-Oreo mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
- Add toppings – Sprinkle the remaining Oreo pieces and crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Set the bark – Let it cool at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
- Break into pieces – Once set, break the bark into uneven chunks and enjoy!

- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Use high-quality white chocolate for the best texture and taste.
