- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (for smooth melting)
- 2 cups salted peanuts (or unsalted, if preferred)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Microwave Method:
- Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate, white chocolate (if using), and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix & Drop:
- Stir in the peanuts until fully coated in the chocolate mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Set & Serve:
- Sprinkle with sea salt (if using). Let them set at room temperature for 1–2 hours or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
- Enjoy or store in an airtight container!
- Slow Cooker Method:
- Layer Ingredients: Place chocolate, white chocolate, and peanuts in a slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until fully melted and smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let set.
