Description

These Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites are the perfect sweet and salty treat! Creamy peanut butter filling is sandwiched between crunchy pretzels and dipped in chocolate for an easy, no-bake snack. They’re great for parties, holidays, or just when you need a quick bite of something delicious.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 5060 mini pretzels
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother melting)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth and well combined. The mixture should be thick enough to roll into balls.
  • Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1 teaspoon each, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Press each peanut butter ball between two mini pretzels to create a sandwich. Repeat with all pretzels and peanut butter filling.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. Add coconut oil if using, to make the chocolate smoother.
  • Dip each pretzel bite halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place them back onto the parchment paper.
  • Let them sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
  • Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or white chocolate for a sweeter twist.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
  • If the peanut butter mixture is too soft to roll, refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes before rolling into balls.
