This creamy, rich peanut butter fudge melts in your mouth with every bite! Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s the perfect sweet treat for holidays, parties, or whenever you’re craving something delicious. No candy thermometer required!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined. The mixture will become thick.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared dish, pressing it down evenly.
  • Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Cut into small squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra texture, mix in chopped peanuts before spreading the fudge into the dish.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a chocolate-peanut butter version, drizzle melted chocolate on top before chilling.
