Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/2 cup whole milk

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let it boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, sift the powdered sugar. Pour the hot peanut butter mixture over the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined and smooth.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.

Let it cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
