Description

These soft, chewy bites taste just like classic peanut butter cookie dough but are made with wholesome ingredients and zero baking. They’re gluten-free, egg-free, and totally addicting!

Ingredients

Ingredients: (makes about 12–14 balls)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup almond flour (or oat flour)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • Pinch of salt (if using unsalted peanut butter)

Instructions

  • Mix the base: In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Add dry ingredients: Stir in the almond flour, a pinch of salt, and any optional add-ins. Mix until a soft dough forms.

  • Fold in chocolate chips: Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips.

  • Form into balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.

  • Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up, or enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.

  • For a firmer bite, use less syrup; for softer, use slightly more.

  • Want a nut-free version? Sub sunflower seed butter!
