These soft, chewy bites taste just like classic peanut butter cookie dough but are made with wholesome ingredients and zero baking. They’re gluten-free, egg-free, and totally addicting!
Ingredients
Ingredients: (makes about 12–14 balls)

1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup almond flour (or oat flour)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Pinch of salt (if using unsalted peanut butter)
Instructions

Mix the base: In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in the almond flour, a pinch of salt, and any optional add-ins. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Fold in chocolate chips: Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Form into balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.

Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up, or enjoy immediately!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.

For a firmer bite, use less syrup; for softer, use slightly more.
