Description

These chocolatey, fudgy brownies are swirled with creamy peanut butter for the perfect sweet and salty treat. They’re easy to make and absolutely irresistible!

Ingredients

For the Brownies:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

For the Peanut Butter Swirl:

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

  • Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.

  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  • In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the brownie batter. Use a knife to gently swirl it in.

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  • Let cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Extra fudgy brownies: Slightly underbake them and let them cool in the pan.

  • Chunky peanut butter: Use chunky peanut butter for added texture.

  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or refrigerate for a week.
