Description

These oven baked meatball sandwiches are a quick and hearty dinner option that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Juicy meatballs are smothered in marinara sauce, topped with melty cheese, and baked to perfection inside toasted hoagie rolls. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen fully cooked meatballs (or homemade)

  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce

  • 4 hoagie or sub rolls

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Notes

  • Use homemade meatballs if you prefer — just make sure they’re fully cooked.
