For the pancakes:

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
- 6 Oreo cookies, crushed
For the cream drizzle:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Make the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter until combined.
- Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Cook the pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another minute.
- Prepare the drizzle: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Serve: Drizzle the cream over the pancakes and top with extra crushed Oreos. Enjoy warm!
