Description

These fluffy chocolate pancakes are packed with crushed Oreos and drizzled with a sweet cream filling. They taste like a warm, indulgent Oreo cookie in pancake form—perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the pancakes:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed

For the cream drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Make the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter until combined.
  • Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
  • Cook the pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another minute.
  • Prepare the drizzle: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Serve: Drizzle the cream over the pancakes and top with extra crushed Oreos. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • For extra Oreo flavor, add a few crushed cookies to the cream drizzle.
  • You can substitute whole milk with almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
