Description

This vibrant, immune-boosting juice is packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory benefits. It’s refreshing, slightly spicy, and naturally sweet!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup water (if using a blender)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash, peel, and chop the carrots, oranges, ginger, and turmeric.
  • Juicer Method:
  • Feed the carrots, oranges, ginger, and turmeric into a juicer.
  • Stir in lemon juice and taste. Add honey if desired.
  • Blender Method:
  • Add all ingredients, including water, to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a smoother juice.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

  • No juicer? Use a blender and strain for a smooth consistency.
  • Extra boost? Add a pinch of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption.
  • More sweetness? A little honey or apple can balance the spice.
