- 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup water (if using a blender)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash, peel, and chop the carrots, oranges, ginger, and turmeric.
- Juicer Method:
- Feed the carrots, oranges, ginger, and turmeric into a juicer.
- Stir in lemon juice and taste. Add honey if desired.
- Blender Method:
- Add all ingredients, including water, to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a smoother juice.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

- No juicer? Use a blender and strain for a smooth consistency.
