Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs (or Oreos) with melted butter and sugar.
- Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8–10 minutes (skip baking if using Oreos). Let cool completely.
- Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Spread evenly over the crust.
- Add the Banana Layer:
- Arrange banana slices over the peanut butter filling.
- Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until warm (but not boiling).
- Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Mix in butter for extra shine and pour over the bananas.
