Description

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are rich, creamy, and loaded with peanut butter flavor! Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re the perfect bite-sized treat for peanut butter lovers. Keep them in the fridge for a quick snack or dessert!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed cookies)
  • Optional Coating & Toppings:
  • 1 cup melted chocolate (for dipping)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts or chocolate chips (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Mix the filling: In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Form the balls: Scoop out small portions (about 1 inch) and roll into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Coat (optional): Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs or dip them in melted chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Enjoy! Serve cold and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • Make it dairy-free: Use dairy-free cream cheese.
  • For extra crunch: Use crunchy peanut butter or add chopped nuts.
  • Swap the coating: Instead of graham crackers, roll in cocoa powder or coconut flakes.
