Instructions
- Mix the filling: In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Form the balls: Scoop out small portions (about 1 inch) and roll into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Coat (optional): Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs or dip them in melted chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
