Description
This No-Bake Cheesecake Parfait is a simple, elegant dessert made with layers of graham cracker crumbs, a creamy cheesecake filling, and cherry pie filling. It’s a perfect make-ahead dessert for any occasion!
Ingredients
For the Graham Cracker Layer:
1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
For the Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
For the Cherry Topping:
1 cup (250g) cherry pie filling
(Optional: Whipped cream and extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish!)
Instructions
Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Divide evenly into serving glasses and press down gently to form a base layer.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
3. Assemble the Parfaits
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker layer in each glass.
- Add a generous layer of cherry pie filling on top.
- Repeat the layers if desired.
4. Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture.
- Garnish with extra whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Notes
Make it ahead! These parfaits can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
Want a crunchier base? Use crushed vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies instead of graham crackers.
Prefer a lighter version? Swap half of the cream cheese for Greek yogurt.
