Description

This No-Bake Cheesecake Parfait is a simple, elegant dessert made with layers of graham cracker crumbs, a creamy cheesecake filling, and cherry pie filling. It’s a perfect make-ahead dessert for any occasion!

 


Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Layer:

1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp sugar

For the Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream

For the Cherry Topping:

1 cup (250g) cherry pie filling

(Optional: Whipped cream and extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish!)


Instructions

Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer

  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Divide evenly into serving glasses and press down gently to form a base layer.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

3. Assemble the Parfaits

  1. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker layer in each glass.
  2. Add a generous layer of cherry pie filling on top.
  3. Repeat the layers if desired.

4. Chill & Serve

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture.
  2. Garnish with extra whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Notes

Make it ahead! These parfaits can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.

Want a crunchier base? Use crushed vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies instead of graham crackers.

Prefer a lighter version? Swap half of the cream cheese for Greek yogurt.
