Description

These no-bake almond toffee squares are a delightful treat with layers of crunchy graham crackers, buttery toffee, and rich chocolate, all topped with toasted almonds. They come together in minutes and require no oven—perfect for a quick dessert or holiday treat!

For the Base

  • 1 sleeve (about 9) graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the Topping

 

  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan

    • Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
    • Press the crushed graham crackers evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  • Make the Toffee Layer

    • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, honey (or corn syrup), and salt.
    • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Assemble the Layers

    • Pour the hot toffee mixture over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
    • Let sit for about 5 minutes until slightly set.
  • Melt the Chocolate

    • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm toffee layer.
    • Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Add Almonds

    • Sprinkle toasted almonds over the melted chocolate.
    • Lightly press them down so they stick.

 

  • Chill & Set

    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
    • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
