- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder or extra shredded coconut (for rolling)
Instructions
1. Mix the Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, pecans (if using), and salt.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
2. Shape the Bites
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for coating.
3. Chill & Serve
- Place the moose farts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
Notes
- No Chocolate Version: Skip the chocolate chips for a more traditional version.
- Nut-Free Option: Leave out the pecans or replace them with extra coconut.
