It features crispy tortillas layered with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, and melty cheese, then topped with fresh ingredients like tomatoes, green onions, and sour cream. For the Pizza:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup enchilada sauce (or taco sauce)
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Beef:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
    • Drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Crisp the Tortillas:

    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Lightly spray both sides of the tortillas with oil and bake on a sheet pan for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spread refried beans on two tortillas, then top with seasoned beef.
    • Place another tortilla on top and spread with enchilada sauce.
    • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake:

    • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top and Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and add diced tomatoes, green onions, olives, and cilantro.
