Description

This Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is a super easy, flavorful dish with tender, juicy chicken smothered in a creamy, seasoned sauce. It’s baked to perfection and pairs well with rice, pasta, or roasted veggies. A family favorite!

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the sauce – In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
  • Coat the chicken – Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and evenly spread the creamy mixture over the top of each piece.
