- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare the sauce – In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken – Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and evenly spread the creamy mixture over the top of each piece.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
