These fun and colorful cereal treats are a twist on the classic Rice Krispie treats! Made with gooey marshmallows, butter, and a mix of Lucky Charms and Rice Krispies, they’re the perfect no-bake dessert for kids and adults alike.

- 4 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 5 cups mini marshmallows (plus 1 extra cup for mix-in)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the pan – Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. Set aside.
- Melt the butter – In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add marshmallows – Stir in 5 cups of mini marshmallows and continue stirring until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.
- Mix the cereals – In a large bowl, combine Lucky Charms and Rice Krispies. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereals and gently stir until fully coated.
- Add extra marshmallows – Quickly fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows for extra texture.
- Press into pan – Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Use a greased spatula or parchment paper to gently press the mixture into an even layer.
- Let it set – Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut and serve – Slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra chewiness, don’t press the mixture too hard into the pan.
- Add a drizzle of white chocolate or sprinkles for a fun touch!
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
