This Loaded Breakfast Sandwich is the ultimate morning meal — crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and avocado all piled high on a toasted English muffin (or your favorite bread). It’s hearty, satisfying, and totally customizable!
Ingredients

4 English muffins (or bagels, croissants, or sandwich buns)

4 large eggs

4 slices cooked bacon

4 breakfast sausage patties (optional)

4 slices cheddar or American cheese

1 avocado, sliced or mashed

1 tomato, sliced

Handful of baby spinach or arugula

1 tablespoon butter or oil (for cooking eggs)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Hot sauce or mayo (optional)
Instructions

Toast the English muffins and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Set on paper towels to drain.

If using sausage patties, cook them according to package directions or until browned and cooked through.

In the same skillet, add a little butter or oil. Crack in the eggs and cook to your liking (fried, over-easy, or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.
