This quick ramen recipe adds a rich, creamy twist to instant noodles using just a few ingredients. It’s fast, cozy, and packed with flavor — perfect for a lazy day or late-night snack.
Ingredients
1 pack instant ramen noodles (any flavor)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large egg, beaten
Instructions

Cook the noodles
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 2–3 minutes. -
Add butter and seasoning
Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the butter and garlic powder. Add as much of the seasoning packet as you like. -
Add the egg
Slowly pour the beaten egg into the pot while stirring. Keep stirring for about a minute until the egg cooks through and mixes into the broth. -
Serve
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy while it’s hot!
Notes
Add sliced green onions for a fresh topping.
Stir in a slice of cheese for extra creaminess.
Want a spicy kick? Add hot sauce or crushed red pepper.
