Description

This quick ramen recipe adds a rich, creamy twist to instant noodles using just a few ingredients. It’s fast, cozy, and packed with flavor — perfect for a lazy day or late-night snack.


Ingredients

1 pack instant ramen noodles (any flavor)

1 cup water

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 large egg, beaten


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles
    In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 2–3 minutes.

  2. Add butter and seasoning
    Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the butter and garlic powder. Add as much of the seasoning packet as you like.

  3. Add the egg
    Slowly pour the beaten egg into the pot while stirring. Keep stirring for about a minute until the egg cooks through and mixes into the broth.

  4. Serve
    Transfer to a bowl and enjoy while it’s hot!


Notes

Add sliced green onions for a fresh topping.
