Description

This smooth and creamy iced caramel latte is the perfect balance of rich espresso, sweet caramel, and frothy milk over ice. It’s super easy to make at home and tastes just like your favorite coffee shop treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Brew the coffee – Prepare 2 shots of espresso or brew ½ cup of strong coffee. Let it cool slightly.
  • Mix with caramel – In a glass, stir the caramel sauce into the espresso until dissolved. If you like it extra sweet, add simple syrup or sugar.
  • Add ice – Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the milk – Slowly pour in the milk, stirring to combine.
  • Top & serve – Add whipped cream and drizzle with extra caramel sauce for a coffee shop-style finish. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger latte, add an extra shot of espresso.
  • Dairy-free options: Use oat, almond, or coconut milk.
  • Make it extra frothy by shaking the milk in a jar before pouring.
