This Hot Spinach Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! It’s the perfect appetizer for parties, game days, or family gatherings. Made with cream cheese, sour cream, and plenty of melted cheese, this dip is best served warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Ingredients

10 oz (280g) frozen spinach, thawed and drained

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (120g) sour cream

1/2 cup (120g) mayonnaise

1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.

Drain the spinach completely by squeezing out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth.

Stir in the cheeses, spinach, and seasonings until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Notes

For extra cheesiness, sprinkle additional mozzarella on top before baking.

You can substitute fresh spinach (about 3 cups, cooked and drained).
