Description

This Hot Honey Cream Cheese Dip is a creamy, tangy dip with a sweet and spicy kick from hot honey. It’s incredibly easy to make and perfect for parties, game days, or just snacking!

Ingredients

Units Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup hot honey (plus extra for drizzling)

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (for garnish)

Crackers, pretzels, or veggies for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
  • Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Bake: Transfer to the prepared dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  • Add hot honey: Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with fresh chives.

  • Serve: Enjoy warm with crackers, pretzels, or veggies!

Notes

Make it spicier by adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or extra hot honey.

Try adding crumbled bacon or diced jalapeños for even more flavor.

If you don’t have hot honey, mix ¼ cup honey with ½ tsp chili flakes or hot sauce.
