Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (for a smoother texture, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder (optional for added flavor)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, sift together the powdered milk, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and powdered creamer (if using).
  • Add salt, cornstarch, and vanilla powder, and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Store the mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
  • To make a cup of hot chocolate, mix 3-4 tablespoons of the hot chocolate mix with 1 cup of hot milk or water. Stir until smooth.
