Ingredients

1 small honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized cubes or balled

4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced and torn into bite-sized pieces

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), drained

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place the honeydew melon pieces in a large bowl or on a serving platter.

Scatter the prosciutto pieces and mozzarella balls evenly over the melon.

Add the torn basil leaves.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
