Ingredients

For the Dressing:

1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, diced apples, shredded carrots, cranberries, sunflower seeds, red onion, and cheddar cheese (if using).
