Description

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

  • Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
