Description

These Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops are juicy, flavorful, and glazed with a perfectly balanced mix of sweet honey and tangy mustard. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep, this is an easy go-to for weeknight dinners or summer cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard (optional, for texture)

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard (if using), honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Reserve 2–3 tablespoons of the sauce for brushing later.

  3. Place pork chops in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour remaining marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours.

  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C). Oil the grates lightly.

  5. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. During the last minute or two of grilling, brush pork chops with the reserved honey mustard sauce.

  7. Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Bone-in chops stay juicier on the grill, but boneless works too.

  • You can also make this recipe using a grill pan or cast iron skillet on the stovetop.

  • Serve with grilled veggies, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.
