Description
These Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops are juicy, flavorful, and glazed with a perfectly balanced mix of sweet honey and tangy mustard. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep, this is an easy go-to for weeknight dinners or summer cookouts.
Ingredients
-
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
-
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
-
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard (optional, for texture)
-
3 tablespoons honey
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 teaspoon paprika
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard (if using), honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
Reserve 2–3 tablespoons of the sauce for brushing later.
-
Place pork chops in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour remaining marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours.
-
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C). Oil the grates lightly.
-
Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
-
During the last minute or two of grilling, brush pork chops with the reserved honey mustard sauce.
-
Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
-
Bone-in chops stay juicier on the grill, but boneless works too.
-
You can also make this recipe using a grill pan or cast iron skillet on the stovetop.
-
Serve with grilled veggies, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.
