- 12 oz spaghetti (or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter option)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Make the Meatballs
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, and onion powder until well combined.
- Roll into 1-inch meatballs (about 18-20 meatballs).
2. Cook the Meatballs
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
- Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 2 minutes, then add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens (about 1 minute).
4. Coat the Meatballs & Serve
- Return the meatballs to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables!

- Make it Spicier: Add 1 tsp sriracha or more red pepper flakes.
