For the Dough:

- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
For the Cinnamon Filling:
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp milk (adjust for consistency)
Notes
- Overnight Option: Assemble rolls, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
- Extra Gooey? Add ½ cup heavy cream over rolls before baking!
