Description

This homemade Chick-Fil-A sauce tastes just like the real thing! It’s a creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with chicken nuggets, fries, and sandwiches. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make this famous sauce at home in minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce (preferably a smoky variety)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder (if using).
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or mustard as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve with chicken, fries, or as a spread for sandwiches. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For a smokier taste, use a BBQ sauce with a strong hickory or mesquite flavor.
  • Add a dash of paprika for a little extra depth of flavor
