- 1 cup (240g) cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) dill pickle juice
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess, optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill)
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1–2 tbsp water (for thinning, if needed)
Instructions
Step 1: Blend
- In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, pickle juice, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add chopped pickles and pulse for a few seconds to keep some texture.
Step 2: Adjust Consistency
- If too thick, add 1-2 tbsp water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Step 3: Serve & Store
- Transfer to a bowl and chill for 10-15 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve as a dip, dressing, or spread!
