Description

This Healthy Chocolate Nice Cream is made with just a few wholesome ingredients—frozen bananas, cocoa powder, and a splash of milk. It’s naturally sweet, dairy-free, and tastes just like chocolate ice cream! A perfect treat for satisfying your sweet tooth without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or regular)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Freeze the Bananas: Peel and slice ripe bananas, then freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Add the frozen bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until creamy, adding a little milk as needed to help with blending.
  • Serve or Freeze: Enjoy immediately as soft-serve, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.

 

  • Top & Enjoy: Serve with chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh berries if desired.

Notes

For Extra Richness: Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter.

Sweeter Option: If you want it a little sweeter, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week. Let sit for 5 minutes before scooping.
