- 3 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or regular)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Freeze the Bananas: Peel and slice ripe bananas, then freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Blend Until Smooth: Add the frozen bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until creamy, adding a little milk as needed to help with blending.
- Serve or Freeze: Enjoy immediately as soft-serve, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
- Top & Enjoy: Serve with chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh berries if desired.
Notes
For Extra Richness: Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter.
Sweeter Option: If you want it a little sweeter, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup.
