Ingredients

4 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 oz burrata cheese

2 tablespoons honey (plus more to taste)

Fresh basil or mint leaves, for garnish

Pinch of sea salt

Cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the cut sides of the nectarines lightly with olive oil.

Place nectarines cut side down on the grill and cook for 3–5 minutes, until grill marks appear and the fruit is slightly softened.

Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.

Arrange grilled nectarines on a serving plate.

Tear the burrata and place pieces over the nectarines.

Drizzle with honey and a pinch of sea salt.
