2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 5–6 minutes on one side.

Flip the chicken and brush the top with barbecue sauce. Grill for another 5–6 minutes.

Flip again, brush the other side with more BBQ sauce, and cook for 2–3 more minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning mix for 30 minutes before grilling.
