- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole milk or 2%)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
- Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and blue cheese (if using). Serve warm with celery, carrots, tortilla chips, or crackers.
Notes
To make it even lighter, use fat-free Greek yogurt and reduced-fat cheese.
Add a splash of ranch dressing for extra creaminess.
For a stovetop version, heat everything in a skillet over medium heat until melted and combined.
