Description

These Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are stuffed with melty cheese, wrapped in buttery biscuit dough, and baked to golden perfection. Brushed with garlic butter and served with marinara sauce, they’re the ultimate cheesy treat!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 3/4-inch size)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Dough:
    • Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your hands.
  • Stuff with Cheese:
    • Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough round.
    • Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely.
    • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake to Perfection:
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
  • Make Garlic Butter:
    • While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Brush & Serve:
    • Remove biscuit bombs from the oven and brush immediately with garlic butter.
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
    • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add pepperoni slices inside each bomb.
  • Use different cheeses like cheddar or provolone for variety.
  • Air-fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes for a crispier texture.
