- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 3/4-inch size)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your hands.
- Stuff with Cheese:
- Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough round.
- Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake to Perfection:
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
- Make Garlic Butter:
- While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush & Serve:
- Remove biscuit bombs from the oven and brush immediately with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add pepperoni slices inside each bomb.
- Use different cheeses like cheddar or provolone for variety.
