Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Potatoes:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut into thick wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).

2. Season the Fries:

  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.

3. Bake Until Crispy:

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

4. Add Garlic Butter & Parmesan:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Once the fries are done, toss them in the garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5. Serve & Enjoy:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
  • Enjoy with ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.
