  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Arrange & Roast: Spread shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 8-10 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
