Description

This soft and fluffy pull-apart bread is loaded with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese, baked to golden perfection. A fun and tasty way to enjoy homemade bread without the fuss!

Ingredients

Units Scale

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or 1 lb pizza dough)

4 tablespoons butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan, loaf pan, or 9-inch round baking dish.
  • Prepare the dough: Cut the biscuit dough into quarters (or pinch off small pieces if using pizza dough).
  • Make the garlic butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  • Coat the dough: Toss the dough pieces in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  • Layer the bread: Place half of the dough pieces in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan and mozzarella (if using). Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese.
  • Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Finish and serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

For a homemade dough version, use 1 lb of pizza dough or dinner roll dough.

Add cooked crumbled bacon or diced pepperoni for a fun twist!

Serve with a side of garlic butter or Alfredo sauce for extra flavor.
