Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

Add the chicken to a large zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.

Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
