- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the Cheeseburger Filling:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add diced onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon about 1 ½ tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough up and pinch tightly to seal. Roll into a ball shape.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
4. Bake:
- Brush each dough ball with the beaten egg for a golden crust.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Add Garlic Parmesan Topping:
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush over the warm cheeseburger bombs.
- Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
6. Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve hot with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping!
Notes
- Use pizza dough or crescent roll dough instead of biscuits.
- Swap cheddar for mozzarella, pepper jack, or American cheese.
- Add crispy bacon bits for extra flavor!
