Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden, buttery, and bursting with juicy cheeseburger goodness! Made with biscuit dough stuffed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and garlic butter, they’re the perfect bite-sized treat for game day, parties, or an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Cheeseburger Filling:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese cubes)

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the beef – In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
  • Prepare the biscuit dough – Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  • Fill the bombs – Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and top with shredded cheese (or a small cheese cube). Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
  • Brush with garlic butter – Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm – Enjoy as-is or with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or burger sauce.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar cheese for mozzarella or pepper jack for a flavor twist.
  • Use pizza dough instead of biscuit dough for a different texture.
  • Add chopped pickles or cooked bacon for extra cheeseburger flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
