For the Cheeseburger Filling:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese cubes)
For the Dough:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef – In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
- Prepare the biscuit dough – Flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Fill the bombs – Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and top with shredded cheese (or a small cheese cube). Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush with garlic butter – Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm – Enjoy as-is or with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or burger sauce.
Notes
- Swap cheddar cheese for mozzarella or pepper jack for a flavor twist.
- Use pizza dough instead of biscuit dough for a different texture.
- Add chopped pickles or cooked bacon for extra cheeseburger flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
