Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheese Bombs are soft, buttery biscuits stuffed with gooey melted cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and topped with parmesan. They’re perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or party snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 3/4-inch each)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten biscuits slightly with your hands and place a cheese cube in the center of each.
  • Seal them by pinching the edges together and rolling into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Make garlic butter by mixing melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Brush bombs with garlic butter immediately after baking. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute mozzarella with cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack for different flavors.
  • Use homemade biscuit dough if you prefer.
  • Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
