For the Cheese Bombs:
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (or string cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Extra Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assemble the Cheese Bombs:
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then wrap the dough around it, pinching the edges to seal completely.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.

Bake the Cheese Bombs:
- Brush half of the garlic butter over the dough balls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.

Finish & Serve:
- Brush the warm cheese bombs with the remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping!
Notes
Swap mozzarella for cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor.
For an air fryer version, cook at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter for a little spice!
