- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Noodles:
- 8 oz noodles (ramen, lo mein, or spaghetti)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce)
- 1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Marinate the Steak:
- In a bowl, toss the sliced steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Set aside while you prepare the noodles.

Cook the Noodles:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak slices and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and slightly crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
